Veronica Irvine is a on a mission. A talented writer and driven entrepreneur, Veronica has established herself as the ‘authority on brows’ in Central Alberta. Veronica moved to Red Deer in 2017 to be with her husband Mitch, quickly finding a love for the Central Alberta charm. Veronica started Chic Brows by Vee, almost two years ago, and has grown her business into a sought-after natural beauty experience. Her mission isn’t just beautifying eye brows; her mission is to see women exuding confidence both inside and out. Through her boutique business, volunteer efforts with Junior Achievement, and her chair position on the Women @ Stantec committee, Veronica is igniting confidence in others in all aspects of her life.

Shelbie Owen is a wife, mom to four little girls, and business owner. She runs an online local children’s boutique called Supernova Creations, based out of Blackfalds AB. As of 2019 she has taken Supernova Creations and ran with it full time, turning it into her little empire. Shelbie has taken lots of business courses through Red Deer College and hopes to expand her knowledge on all things business. Supernova Creations is named after her oldest daughter, Nova. From
stuffed animals, drink wear, birthday outfits, hats, necklaces, bodysuits, tutus, paper crafts, promotional items, and so many more amazing products. Everything that Shelbie creates with Supernova has her heart and soul into it. Shelbie has so many goals for Supernova Creations, and hopes to expand more every single year. She would love to take her in-home business and turn it into a store front one day when the time is right. Being able to provide more jobs and services around Central Alberta is a must. Jenna Stubbe has had a keen interest in birth work since she was very young, but didn‘t put this calling to use till she became a mother herself. In 2014, Jenna started serving families through their childbirth journeys, while learning and furthering her education in this area, which has included; a year-long mentorship and training with 17 year experienced Doula, Becky Purpur; Pregnancy Loss Mentor with the Institute for the Study of Birth; Breath & Death; Certifying Doula with Birth Arts International; Rebozo Training and Certification with Gena Kirby; Certified Sacred Pregnancy & Birth Journey Instructor; Birth Art Mentor Certified with Birthing From Within; Placenta Training with Placenta Benefits; Pregnancy & Women’s Health seminars with Clinical Herbalist, Abrah Arneson. Since then, Jenna has grown these and her artistic skills into two thriving and growing businesses, that dedicate themselves to the growth of childbirth awareness.
